Soft Landing Package

A steady presence for the tender days after birth.

This postpartum doula package is designed to hold you gently as you land — body, heart, and spirit — after the threshold of birth. Whether your experience was empowering, overwhelming, joyful, or all of the above, you deserve a calm, capable presence by your side.

The Soft Landing Package offers care that adapts to your needs — rest, reassurance, nourishment, and nonjudgmental support, right where you are.

What’s Included:

  • 2–4 postpartum visits (2–3 hours each) — your pace, your needs

  • Emotional support + birth story processing

  • Feeding guidance (breast/chest, bottle, combo — no agenda)

  • Light household help (laundry, tidying, dishes)

  • Meal warmup/snack prep

  • Soothe-the-nervous-system tools (breathwork, grounding, quiet presence)

Resource referrals (mental health, lactation, pelvic floor, etc.)

The Willow Package offers essential birth support for those who want grounded, compassionate care without extra frills. It’s everything you need to feel held through your labor and early postpartum, with room to sway, soften, and root in your own way.

This package offers inclusive, affirming support for those navigating birth and selfhood at once — whether queer, trans, neurodivergent, healing from trauma, teen mom, or simply walking a path that’s all your own.
You are not too much. You are bravely born — and you deserve to be seen.

What’s Included:

Prenatal Support (2 - 4 Sessions)

  • Birth prep centered on your unique needs, identity, and preferences

  • Birth plan creation

  • Nervous system support: breathwork, grounding, sensory planning (especially helpful for neurodivergent clients)

  • Emotional unpacking of past birth, trauma, or medical experiences

  • Ongoing text/email access for check-ins, questions, and reassurance

  • On-call availability from 36 weeks

Labor & Birth Support

  • Continuous in-person support through labor and birth

  • Comfort measures (touch, movement, environment, etc.)

  • Advocacy in the birth space, ensuring your voice is heard

  • Support for your partner (if present) — so they can stay grounded and connected too

  • Inclusive care in hospital, home, or birth center settings

Post-Birth Support 

  • 1-5 weekly check ins as needed for 6 weeks after birth.

  • Emotional check-in: identity processing, debriefing the birth experience

  • Light feeding support (breast/chest/bottle, based on your plan)

  • Referrals for lactation, therapy, or community resource

I’ll help prepare a week’s worth of nourishing meals you can pop straight into the oven or slow cooker postpartum — no planning, no thinking, just warmth.

Home Readiness Support
Together we’ll declutter and set up your space to feel peaceful, ready, and grounding. Includes:

  • Light cleaning/tidying

  • Laundry support

  • Setting up baby’s space or nursery

  • Creating a cozy postpartum rest area

Hospital or Birth Center Bag Planning

  • No stress-packing at midnight. I’ll walk you through what you actually need, and we’ll make sure it’s packed, labeled, and waiting.

Emotional and Ritual Prep (Optional)

The Whole Self Series

A body-literacy and self-care mentorship for people with uteruses — from first bleeds to full becoming.

This package is about reclaiming the knowledge many of us were never taught: how to understand, honor, and care for our bodies through the natural shifts of each cycle and stage.

It’s not just about periods — it’s about empowerment, intuition, and body-trust.
And it’s open to teens, adults, and anyone in between — including trans and nonbinary folks.
